(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.5 dated 08.01.2019 under Sections 376, 313, 452 IPC (Sections 313 and 452 deleted later on) registered at Police Station Women, Kaithal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 24.05.2019 of this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sunita, does not dispute the aforesaid fact and submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required.

Criminal Misc. No. M-15243 of 2019 -2Considering the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 24.5.2019 is made absolute.
