The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the event of arrest in case FIR No.710 dated 05.12.2023, under Sections 406, 420 of IPC, registered at Police Station Mahesh Nagar, District Ambala. 2.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 3.
