**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 198 dated 28.8.2015, registered under Sections 376, 506 IPC (Section 376 IPC converted into Section 376-D IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act was added subsequently), Police Station Jandiala Guru, District Amristar Rural.
Counsel for the petitioner has placed on record copy of the order to show that the petitioner Jasdeep had appeared before the Court below and was admitted to interim bail.
The complainant side has appeared.
I have heard both the sides at great length.

Crl. Misc. No. M-30492 of 2016 -2allowed to the petitioner who was a proclaimed offender and this fact was not disclosed. Counsel refers to Annexure P-2. State counsel submits that P.O. proceedings were initiated but petitioner was not declared proclaimed offender. Counsel for the complainant then stated that threats were being given and a complaint had been given to the police on 8.7.2016. There is no complaint against the petitioner or that he had given any threats. The allegations pertain to some other accused. The petitioner was not challaned by the police. He has been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. Petitioner has appeared before the Court below.
Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 9.9.2016 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the rider that the petitioner will not contact the complainant or her family members in any manner and will not tamper with evidence.
