HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S. MADAAN Present:- Mr. Maninder Singh Bajwa, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. K.S. Aulakh, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab. *** This is a petition under Section 438 Cr. P.C for pre arrest bail filed by Harpreet Singh, an accused in F.I.R. No. 146 dated 09.10.2015 for offences under Sections 326, 323, 324, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Gharinda, Amritsar.

The petitioner has prayed to this Court for grant of pre arrest bail during pendency of which an interim bail was granted to him. He had joined the investigation. It is stated that the recovery of Datar has already been effected fro him.

The petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court within 7 days from today and to move an application for regular bail which will be decided within 10 days. Till the disposal of this application, he be not arrested.
