(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for issuance of a direction to respondents no.1 to 5 not to unnecessarily harass the petitioners at the instance of respondents No.6 and 7 and protect the life and liberty of petitioner and his family members. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the authority concerned to look into the grievance of the petitioner, specifically made in representation dated 23.07.2014 (Annexure P-1 Colly.) and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner.
