(Oral) RA-CW-135-2026 Prayer in the instant application filed under Order XLVII Rule 1 CPC read with Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for review of the judgment dated 12.09.2025 passed in CWP-27272-2025. Learned counsel for the non-applicants/petitioners opposes the prayer made in the review application on the ground that the judgment dated 12.09.2025 passed in CWP-27272-2025 has already been implemented and no intra Court appeal has been preferred and only after the contempt petition was filed by the nonapplicants/petitioners, the applicant/respondent No.3 has filed the present review application.
