The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent Nos. 1 to 5 to take immediate and effective step on his complaint dated 26.07.2025 and 15.12.2025.

The petitioner claims that he was registered owner of vehicle bearing Registration No. HR-26-DC-2683, make Skoda Rapid, Engine No. CWX130987, Chassis No. TMBBUCNA5GG012582. The respondent No.6 purchased said vehicle from him and took possession. A purchase declaration dated 19.06.2025 was duly executed by respondent No.6. As per purchase settlement, the petitioner applied for No Objection Certificate in the office of Sub Divisional Officer (Civil)-cum-Registering Authority, Gurugram which was duly issued on 27.06.2025. The respondent No.6 is plying the vehicle, however, is not getting transferred in his favour. He has RAJAN 2026.05.21 17:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

 

 not even got the vehicle insured. The petitioner has lodged multiple complaints with police authorities but to no avail. He has also informed Sub Divisional Officer (Civil-cum-Registering Authority), Gurugram to cancel registration of said vehicle.
