ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein is for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.37 dated 18.05.2020, registered under Sections 307, 341, 379, 336, 427, 188 of IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act 1959, at Police Station Mehna, District Moga.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to order dated 18.06.2020, the petitioners have joined the investigation and have fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel does not controvert the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation. Per instructions of ASI Jasbir Singh, he submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required.

In the premise, since custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required and they have already joined the investigation and cooperated with the Investigating Officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 18.06.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the petitioners' complying with the provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
