Upon notice reply by way of affidavit of Ranjit Singh,DSP,Sub Division,Kartarpur,Jalandhar(Rural) has been filed in which it is stated that after checking the record it has been found that no such representation has been received in the office of Chief Secretary,Govt.of Punjab(respondent no.2) and that whenever any such representation is received further legal action into the matter will be taken.
