GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) Today at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all the points raised herein before the trial Court at appropriate stage. It has also been submitted that in fact a substantial number of witnesses including prosecutrix have already been examined. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. The trial Court is however directed to ensure that the presence of all the PWs are secured at the earliest and all efforts are made to expedite the trial so that it be concluded within the shortest possible time.
