******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that costs as per order dated 31.10.2019 has not been deposited. He has no instructions to appear on behalf of petitioners. The demand draft of `11 lakhs lying deposited with the Registry may be got revalidated from the bank. However, he is not in a position to contact the petitioners to get the same revalidated. In view of submission of learned counsel for petitioners and due to non-compliance of order dated 31.10.2019, this petition is dismissed. Demand draft of `11 lakhs, deposited with the Registry, be sent to the concerned bank to get the same revalidated and again sending the same to this Court for handing it over to learned counsel for respondent no. 2-complainant.
