(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.07 dated 07.01.2018 under Sections 379 and 411 IPC at Police Station Dinanagar, Tehsil & District Gurdaspur.. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated February 02, 2018, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the above, order dated February 02, 2018, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
