The petitioner through instant petition under Articiles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking quashing of order dated 25.03.2019 (Annexure P-6) whereby dealership of the petitioner was terminated. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that petitioner besides approaching this Court has approached National Commission for Scheduled Castes for the redressal of her grievance. 3.

The matter came up for consideration before National Commission on 17.7.2023. The Director (Marketing), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited appeared before the Commission on 17.07.2023 and made a statement that management has decided to get the matter settled through Arbitrator and cost of Arbitrator would be borne by the respondentcorporation. The petitioner was directed to make a request before this Court PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.08.31 16:35 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP No.8930 of 2019 (O&M) -2- 2023:PHHC:113752 to get the matter settled through Arbitrator. The petitioner, in writing, has expressed its consent for appointment of Mr. Surinder Kumar Kalia, District and Sessions Judge (Retired), Karnal for appointment as Arbitrator. 4.

The record of proceedings dated 17.07.2023 is taken on record. 5.

In view of statement made by both sides before National Commission, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition may be disposed of.

In the wake of statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition stands disposed of.
