******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Satnam Singh submits that petitioner despite interim order dated 03.08.2018, has not joined the investigation and proceedings to declare him proclaimed offender have been initiated and the offence punishable under Section 395 IPC has also been added in this case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been involved in another case, as such, he could not appear to join the investigation and seeks permission to withdraw this petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
