       Through this second petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.70 dated 28.07.2015, registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC, at Police Station Lehra, District Sangrur.

Vide order dated 17.09.2018 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Amritpal Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of AMAN JAIN 2022.07.18 18:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
