RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondents authorities, petitioner has approached this court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking appropriate directions. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the genuine grievance of the petitioner was not being redressed, he finally approached the respondent authorities by way of self contained representation dated 10.8.2015 (Annexure P-1), but the same is also pending decision. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, in case Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh-respondent no.3 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, within a reasonable time.
