RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondents authorities, petitioner has approached this court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking appropriate directions. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the genuine grievance of the petitioner was not being redressed, he finally approached the respondent authorities by way of self contained representation dated 10.8.2015 (Annexure P-1), but the same is also pending decision. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, in case Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh-respondent no.3 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, within a reasonable time. No.M-29651 of 2015 expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarhrespondent no.3 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioner, raised vide his representation dated 10.8.2015 (Annexure P-1) and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
With the above said observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
