*** Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Rattan Lal from Economic Offences Wing, Faridkot states that as per verification, it has transpired that the matter has in fact been compromised between the parties. It being so, the petitioner is not required by the police for further investigation. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 17.8.2017 is made absolute, subject to her fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
