This is petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 98 dated 19.08.2020 under Sections 22 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Nandgarh, District Bathinda. After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner, prayer has been made for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Ordered accordingly.
