(ORAL) In response to the order passed by this Court on 11.05.2022, Ms.Punamdeep Kaur, Managing Director, PRTC is present in Court. She has filed a short reply by way of her affidavit which is taken on record. She, while referring to the affidavit submits that services of the petitioner had been reinstated by the order of the Managing Director. She further submits that the General Manager could not have removed the petitioner from service after the Managing Director had passed the order reinstating him. The order passed by the General Manager has been withdrawn and the petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.

The impugned order has been withdrawn and therefore, the petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
