Parents of petitioner both the petitioners are also present. Petitioner No.1 is presently living with her parents. Petitioner No.1 states that she does not want to live with petitioner No.2. Parties sat together for a while and a compromise has been effected between them. Copy of the compromise deed has been placed on record.

Counsel for the petitioners states that he wants to withdraw this petition as the need of protection no longer survives.
