None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the State while referring to the reply dated 18.02.2020 submits that no offence was found to be made out. However, proceedings under Section 107/151 Cr.P.C. have been initiated against Ankit Chopra son of Manoj Chopra and Manoj Chopra son of Sohan Lal Chopra (being aggressors) vide DDR No.19 dated 27.05.2019 Roznamcha, Police Station City-I, Malerkotla. Therefore, the application/representation has been consigned to the records. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

The parties are at liberty to avail their respective alternative remedies in accordance with law.
