This is a petition moved under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 (old Section 482 Cr.P.C.) for issuance of directions to the official respondents to look into and to take appropriate action on the representation dated 21.02.2026 (Annexure P-6) submitted by the petitioner against respondent No.5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 21.02.2026 (Annexure P-6), within a time bound manner.

Without adverting to the merits of the case and in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, is directed to look into the NEETU RANI 2026.04.07 15:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment PHHC, CHD
