This is a petition moved under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 (old Section 482 Cr.P.C.) for issuance of directions to the official respondents to look into and to take appropriate action on the representation dated 21.02.2026 (Annexure P-6) submitted by the petitioner against respondent No.5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 21.02.2026 (Annexure P-6), within a time bound manner.
