After going through the written reply, learned counsel for the petitioner states that his grievances have since been partly addressed and as such be permitted to withdraw the present petition, however, a direction be issued to the investigating agency to complete the investigation at the earliest.

Permission is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The investigating agency may complete the investigation promptly and then file the final report in the Court.
