***** SABINA, J Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.120 dated 10.06.2015, under Sections 406 and 498A of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Zirakpur, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab.
Following order was passed by this Court on 18.09.2015:- " Present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners who are father-in-law and mother-in-law of complainant. Learned counsel for
KAPIL 2015.11.28 15:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-29690-2015 [2] *** the petitioners urged that husband of the complainant has already been released on regular bail vide order dated 20.07.2015 and most of the jewellery articles have already been recovered and list was prepared at that time.
Learned State counsel urged that gold articles weighing about 15 tolas are yet to be recovered from the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners urged that the petitioners are ready to join investigation. The petitioners shall join investigation as and when required. In case of their arrest, they be released on interim anticipatory bail to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer.
Adjourned to 17.10.2015."
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that son of the petitioners was arrested and has been released on regular bail.
Learned State counsel who is assisted by Sub Inspector Kuldip Singh has submitted that the petitioners have joined investigation .
Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioners by this Court vide order dated 18.09.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
