Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, namely; Surinder Pal and Harwinder Singh, in case FIR No. 0155 dated 21.05.2017 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Salem Tabri, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana.

Allegations against the petitioners are that they along with co-accused Ajay Kumar, induced and cheated the complainant-Simranjit Singh for ` 1,90,000/- on the pretext of providing a job to him in Dubai and then in Europe by arranging VISA. The petitioners and their co-accused, Ajay Kumar are real brothers.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that co-accused, Ajay Kumar has been granted bail after a period of one month of his custody. All the three brothers have falsely been implicated. They are ready to join the investigation.

I have given my anxious consideration to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances and the fact that such type of cheating business has increased manifolds in the recent past on account of uncontrollable unemployment in the country, the petitioners do not deserve the concession of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed.
