Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.460, dated 11.11.2012, under Sections 279, 337, 304-A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short) (Section 304-A deleted and Sections 148, 149 and 302 IPC added later on) and Section 61 of The Punjab Excise Act, 1914, registered at Police Station Sadar Palwal, District Palwal.

Heard.

Co-accused of the petitioner, who was similarly situated has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 28.08.2015.
