Through this petition under Section 439 (A) read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has prayed for grant of interim bail for a period of 30 days in case FIR No. 221 dated 13.12.2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 302, 452 and 506 IPC at Police Station Ateli, District Mohindergarh.

On instructions from ASI Ved Parkash, learned State counsel contends that wife of the petitioner is undergoing Chemo Therapy, after her cancer operation.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, but without commenting upon the merits of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that presence of the petitioner is very much needed for proper care of his wife during the period she is undergoing Chemo Therapy. Resultantly, the instant petition is accepted and the petitioner is ordered to be released on interim bail for a period of 30 days from the date of his actual release, subject to his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the Rishu Kataria 2017.09.08 11:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
