NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 438, Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Nitin Agnihotri, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 406 and 420, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No.344, dated 12.09.2014, registered at Police Station, Sector 55, Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated, 08.10.2015, the petitioner had deposited a sum of `70,000/- (Rupees seventy thousand only) by MEENU 2015.11.06 10:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

CRM-M-29701-2015 (O&M) -2way of bank draft with learned Area Judicial Magistrate. He further submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and, as such, his custodial interrogation would not be of any consequence.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Vinod Kumar, Police Station, Sector 55, Faridabad, submits that in compliance of the order, dated 08.10.2015, the petitioner has joined the investigation and a sum of `70,000/- (Rupees seventy thousand only) by way of bank draft has been deposited with the learned trial Court.

In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, interim directions, dated 08.10.2015, are made absolute. He shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
