SABINA, J Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.296 dated 23.09.2013, under Sections 307, 498-A and 120 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short), registered at Police Station A- Division, Amritsar and challan was presented under Sections 304-B, 307, 498-A and 120-B IPC.

While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 03.09.2015:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners were found innocent during investigation and have been summoned to face the trial on an application moved by the prosecution under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

In the meantime, petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court shall release the petitioners on interim bail subject to its satisfaction. "

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioners have surrendered before the trial Court and have furnished interim bail. Accordingly, interim bail furnished by the petitioners before the trial court in pursuance to the order dated 03.09.2015, is made absolute.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
