Mr. Pankaj Gupta, Senior Panel Counsel, Union of India accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1, 2 & 4 and waives service. Learned counsel for the respondents admits that this case is identical to CWP-7680-2022.

In view of the fact that this case is identical to the case i.e. CWP-7680-2022, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 18.04.2022 passed in the said case.
