**** Hari Pal Verma, J.(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.PC, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.156 dated 26.08.2015 registered under Sections 326, 324, 323, 506, 34 IPC at Police Station Lopoke, Amritsar Rural, District Amritsar. Vide order dated 18.08.2017, the petitioner was granted ad interim bail and was directed to join the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to aforesaid order of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Mukhtiar Singh admits the said fact.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties. Considering the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 18.08.2017 is made absolute.
