The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to official respondent Nos. 3 & 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitiones at the hands of accused mentioned in FIR No. 281 dated 10.04.2017, under Sections 323, 354(B), 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Chandnibagh, District Panipat. In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities by filing representations dated 29.05.2017 and 23.06.2017 (Annexures P-2 & P-3) but till date no action has been taken by respondent No.2 on the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 23.06.2017 (Annexure P-3) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide representation dated 23.06.2017 (Annexure P-3), within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and take necessary action in accordance with law.
