Revision No. 86, instituted on 19.05.2017) filed by the respondents against the order dated 27.04.2017 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Khanna (in MNT 125/03/15 titled as 'Surjit Kaur and another vs. Randhir Singh'), has been allowed.

The matter pertains to the year 2018. Perusal of the order sheets shows that notice in the present case was issued on 07.08.2018 and the matter was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner on 27.07.2022.
