**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.106 dated 18.07.2016, under Sections 306 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.1, District Jalandhar.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagdish Kumar, has informed that no sample for comparing the handwriting has been provided by the complainant till date. Moreover, now the Investigating Agency is in touch with Guru Nanak Dev University to get the copy of answer sheets of the deceased.

In view of the above-said fact, order dated 14.09.2016, passed by this Court whereby ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
