(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Satnam Singh alias Kala in case FIR No.44 dated 15.05.2018 registered under Section 61 of the Excise Act and Section 420 IPC at Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar Rural.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Palwinder Singh, submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation.

In view of above, order dated 20.08.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
