M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) The petitioner has been in custody w.e.f. 20.7.2013. Co-accused of the petitioner having been granted the concession of bail, on the principle of parity, the petitioner can also be granted the same relief.

The petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
