*** NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 438 Cr.PC seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.109 dated 19.11.2021 under Sections 326/324/323/201/34 of IPC, 1860 (Section 325 IPC deleted and Sections 324/326/201 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Khui Khera, District Fazilka (Annexure P-1).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will surrender before the trial Court within a period of one week and will file a petition seeking regular bail and the same may be considered and decided at the earliest by the trial Court.

If the petitioner files any such petition, the trial Court shall make an endeavour to decide the same within a week thereafter. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
