The applicant/respondent No.3 - Improvement Trust claims review and modification of the order passed by this Court on 04.03.2024 in CWP No.13150 of 2020, on the ground that the orders made thereons were made on a mis-communication by the counsel concerned to this Court, inasmuch, as, the writ petition supra is covered by the directions passed by this Court on 06.07.2023, besides is covered by the resolution that became passed in consonance therewith. However, he submits that the verdict passed, which has led to filing the instant review application, was neither required to be clubbed with other connected writ petitions nor any order similar to the one which was passed on the other writ petitions, thus was to be passed in the instant writ petition.

The said made argument is not contested by the learned Senior Deputy Advocate General.

Consequently, the review application is allowed and the verdict made made by this Court on 04.03.2024 in CWP No.13150 of 2020 is recalled. The writ petition supra is restored to its original number and stage. CWP No.13150 of 2020 1.
