Present:

Mr. Nipun Vashist, Advocate for the petitioner(s).

Shekher Dhawan, J.

Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Mahesh Kumar Mehta, who is facing allegation that complainant Hukam Singh submitted a complaint on the basis of which present FIR bearing No. 70 dated 25.5.2017 was registered under Sections 406 & 420 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Rewari on the facts that present petitioner and his co-accused received a sum of ` 3,20,000/- from him in the presence of Satbir. The amount was received for arranging a job for complainant's son in Akashwani Kendra, New Delhi. The prosecution case is further that petitioner issued an appointment letter in favour of Abinesh on 2.10.2016 for the post of MTS in Doordarshan Kendra, New Delhi and asked him to join but the appointment letter was found fake.
