ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel very fairly points out at the outset that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the order and judgment dated 23.04.2016, rendered by this Court in RFA No. 7612 of 2011, titled "Tarlok Singh (deceased) through LRs v. Collector Land Acquisition and others", and other connected matters, vide which in the appeals arising out of the same acquisition, this Court had enhanced the compensation awarded to the claimant/landowners. Thus, this appeal, as a necessary consequence, shall have to be dismissed.

Ordered accordingly.
