SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.4 dated 05.01.2011 under Sections 307, 326, 323, 324, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran.
While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 04.09.2015:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner was found innocent during investigation and has been summoned to face the trial on an application moved by the prosecution under Section 319 of Code of Criminal

Notice of motion for 15.10.2015.
In the meantime, petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court shall release the petitioner on interim bail subject to its satisfaction. "
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has furnished interim bail. Accordingly, interim bail furnished by the petitioner before the trial court in pursuance to the order dated 04.09.2015, is made absolute.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
