Learned counsel for the respondents-State, on instructions from Mr. Anil Kumar Dalal, Assistant Director, has submitted that sanction for payment of revised pension from the office of Principal Accountant General has been received and has further submitted that the payment will be made to the petitioners within a period of three weeks from today. It is further submitted that in case the said payment is not made and the petitioners have to revive the present petitions, then, in each of the petitions, an amount of 15,000/- will be paid by the respondents as litigation expenses. ₹ 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that in view of the same, the present petitions be disposed of but the respondents be bound by the statement made before this Court and liberty be granted to the petitioners to revive the petitions in case the respondents backtrack from the said statement.

Keeping in view the abovesaid facts and circumstances, the present petitions are disposed of. The respondents would be bound by the statement made before this Court. It would be open to the petitioners to revive the petitions in case the respondents backtrack from their statement and in said circumstances, as undertaken before this Court, the respondents would pay 15,000/- as litigation expenses in each of the petitions in ₹ addition to other action.
