The petitioner is present in person. The petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents state that the matter now stands settled between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and a settlement/agreement dated 02.09.2025 has been drawn up wherein it has been agreed as under :

"a) It has been mutually agreed between the parties that the first party-Charanjit Kaur, who is mother of Kiratjot Kaur (aged about 7 years), has given permission to grandparents i.e. second party to take the minor child to their home for any 10 days in a month and thereafter, the second party will drop the minor child back to residence of the first party and in the event, the second party-grandparents will not hand over the minor child to the first party/mother after the expiry of 10 days, in that eventuality, the rights accruing to the second party-grandparents for taking the JITENDER KUMAR 2025.09.27 11:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CR-2155-2024 -2minor child for 10 days to their home will be fore-closed and the mother/first party will not further give her minor child to the grandparents.

b) It has been further agreed between the parties that the second party-grandparents will not take the minor child out of the city-Jagraon without the consent of the mother-first party.

c) It has been further agreed between the parties that the first party i.e. mother of minor child Kiratjot Kaur have all the rights about the schooling and education of the minor child.

d) The above stated visitation shall be optional at the part of minor child during his exams, illness or any other unforeseen circumstances. However, the first party shall inform the second party regarding such eventuality through phone, email, SMS and can reschedule the visitation accordingly.

e) That the second party shall not claim custody of minor child Kiranjot Kaur from the first party and shall not file any petition before any court of law." 2.

In view of the above, present revision petition is disposed off in terms of the settlement/agreement dated 02.09.2025. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
