Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur (respondent No.4) is directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) within a time-bound manner.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur (respondent No.4) to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) within two months of presentation of the certified copy of this order.
