-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.38 dated 24.3.2022 registered under Sections 324, 323, 427, 452, 148, 149 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on) at Police Station Cantt. Ferozepur District Ferozepur.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the allegations appearing on the record only simple injury has been attributed to the petitioner and he has already joined investigation with the police by virtue of previous order of interim bail passed by this Court. ( 2 ) CRM-M-17600-2022 State counsel on instructions from ASI Harbans Singh has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by counsel for the petitioner and further submits that recovery of sword has been effected at the instance of the petitioner and further submits that the petitioner is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 4.5.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
