RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondents authorities, petitioner has approached this court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking appropriate directions to the official respondents no.1 to 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the genuine grievance of the petitioner was not being redressed, he finally approached the respondent authorities by way of self contained representation dated 15.6.2015 (Annexure P-2), but the same is also pending decision. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, in case Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetrarespondent no.2 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, within a reasonable time.

No.M-29754 of 2015 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra-respondent no.2 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioner, raised vide his representation dated 15.6.2015 (Annexure P-2) and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the above said observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
