The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of complaint NACT No.2186/2015 dated 17.08.2015, Annexure P-1, registered under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and summoning order dated 18.08.2015, Annexure P-4, vide which the petitioner had been ordered to be summoned under Section 138 of NI Act, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar as well as order dated 29.02.2020, Annexure P-5, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar whereby the revision filed by the petitioner against the summoning order dated 18.08.2015 in above mentioned complaint has also been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition as the matter stands compromised between the parties. 3.
