RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondents authorities, petitioners have approached this court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking appropriate directions to respondents no.1 to 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that when the genuine grievance of the petitioners was not being redressed, they finally approached the respondent authorities by way of complaint dated 29.7.2015 (Annexure P-1), but the same is also pending decision. He further submits that the petitioners will be satisfied, in case Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohalirespondent no.2 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners, within a reasonable time.

No.M-29763 of 2015 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali-respondent no.2 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioners, raised vide their complaint dated 29.7.2015 (Annexure P-1) and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the above said observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
