M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) Dissatisfied with the investigation, the petitioner injured complainant seeks transfer of the investigation. It will not be appropriate for this Court to enter into statutory defects in the mode of investigation. Moreover, no direction can be issued guiding the Investigating Agency, in any manner, at this stage.

Petitioner in this aspect has filed a representation to the Commissioner of Police, Faridabad.
