RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner Sharwan in a case arising from FIR No.131 dated 05.02.2018 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324 and 506 IPC (Sections 307 IPC and 25 of the Arms Act added later on) at Police Station Sector 7, Faridabad.
According to the prosecution, petitioner along with his four accomplice caused injuries to complainant Sunny and his friend Manjeet Singh with their respective weapons like sword, farsa and pistol. Injury attributed to the petitioner on the head of Manjeet Singh has been declared dangerous to life.
Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2018. All the co-accused of the petitioner have been granted regular bail. The conclusion of trial may take a sufficient long time. No useful purpose would be served by keeping the Ravinder Singh 2018.07.30 14:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document petitioner behind bars.

Considering overall facts and circumstances, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed. Consequently, petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned.
